With over 40 years experience, I have been grooming dogs in Southern Maryland since 1979. In June of 2003, I opened my own shop, Gentle Touch Dog Grooming. The mission of Gentle Touch is to offer a low stress environment for your pet and present a complete grooming in a timely manner.

Grooming includes bath, ear cleaning, nail clipping and filing, anal gland expressing, and all clipping/scissoring. All dogs are blow dried, I do not do any crate drying. Appointments are staggered throughout the day, assuring that each dog receives the individual attention that they deserve. I want you and your dog to have a good grooming experience here at Gentle Touch.

I offer a variety of shampoo options including oatmeal, medicated and flea shampoo.

Hours are by appointment only, I am open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and some Sundays. The average grooming time is 1.5 to 2 hours.
